If arriving after 18:00, please inform us in advance · Check-out before 11:00 · Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests — a penalty equal to one night's room rate per extra person applies · In-room snacks and drinking water are complimentary · No alcohol sold; guests may bring their own at no charge — please drink responsibly

Extra Beds

Children under 4 stay free (no extra bed or breakfast); two children require a mattress at 450 THB · Children 5–6: 250 THB without extra bed (includes breakfast, entry and activities) or 450 THB with extra bed and breakfast · Age 7+ and adults: extra bed with breakfast 450 THB

Payment & Cancellation

Full payment upon booking · Non-refundable in all cases except verifiable force majeure (government closure, epidemic, flood, war, or travel bans) · Stay dates may be rescheduled once with a 20% fee: bookings of 1–2 rooms require at least 2 days' notice, 3–5 rooms at least 5 days' notice (excluding check-in date)
